Lucy Knowles, President - served as Chief Counsel for the DOE Savannah River Operations Office. She was born, raised and spent most of her professional career in Aiken and has a lifelong interest in historic preservation. Lucy has served on various committees and foundations with varying levels of commitment including the secretary for the Historic Aiken Foundation, Vice Chair of the City of Aiken Design Review Board, member of City of Aiken Planning as a Commissioner, Chair of the Equine Advisory Committee, a member of the committees that drafted the ordinances for the City’s Historic Preservation and City Zoning and is a Trustee of the Hitchcock Woods Foundation. Lucy is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, Wellesley College, Foxcroft School and the Aiken Day School.

Deborah Brooks, Member - Has been a resident of Aiken since 1989, a realtor since 1986, She was the owner of Eulalie Salley Realtors, Organizer/Director of Vista Bank (now CCNB) and a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch. Deborah says, "my greatest accomplishment is the love she shares with family and friends".

Jesse Roach Jr., Member - Relocated to Aiken November 1982 as an employee of E.I.dupont at the Savanah River Site. Jesse has a Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering, and a past Project Management Professional. Community involvement includes 9 years as President, Greater Aiken Estates Neighborhood Association; Board Member, Aiken Council of Neighborhoods. Enjoys playing duplicate bridge.
